Education Programs 2025-2026 - Flipbook - Page 2
WELCOME
I’m very pleased to welcome you to our 2025-2026 season as we explore
curiosity, creativity, and community. We have carefully curated our
offerings to support B.E.S.T Standards and Skills for Learning & Life (SLL).
Your curricular and instructional needs are the basis of our programming
decisions, and we are committed to supporting your work.
This season, beginning with our August 23rd Teacher On-Sale date, we’re
making the S*T*A*R Series ordering process even more user-friendly.
You’ll have the ability to secure your seats on our website beginning at
11am. Ticket confirmations will then be emailed directly to teachers so
that student transportation arrangements can be made with the school
bookkeeper in a timely manner.
We’re launching a new program serving School District of Palm Beach County 6th graders
called Lights Up for 6th Grade! Ticketing for this new series will be facilitated by school district
personnel. We’re delighted to collaborate with the District to provide culturally enriching
performances for students and their teachers.
As in past seasons, as part of our popular S*T*A*R Series, we’re bringing you the very best in Theater
for Young Audiences from across the globe and right here at home. We’ll feature an inventive new
musical adaptation of Aesop’s classic fable Hare and Tortoise by Tutti Frutti of Leeds, England; a
STEAM-aligned space exploration story with original music Secrets of Space by Cahoots NI of Belfast,
Northern Ireland; and an imaginative musical adventure through interactive animation projections
Doodle POP by BRUSH Theatre of Seoul, Korea.
For the first time ever, we’re co-producing a new adaptation of the musical Where Did We Sit on the
Bus? for students in grades 8-12 in our Rinker Playhouse. And in celebration of 250 years of American
Independence, we’ll present StoryMakers Theater Company’s production of ...And Called it Macaroni.
From Childsplay Theatre in Tempe, Arizona, we’re presenting Maddi’s Fridge, a heart-warming
adaptation of Lois Brandt’s book about friendship, empathy, and doing the right thing.
And remember, the Kravis Center is YOUR home for the performing arts, and we look forward to
welcoming you to the theater.
Enjoy the show!
Warmly,
Tracy C. Butler
