BROADWAY BRIDGES ON THE ROAD
Broadway Bridges on the Road is an initiative aimed at expanding
access to Broadway touring performances for high school students
nationwide. Building on the success of its New York City counterpart,
this program provides discounted tickets to Equity productions at
participating Broadway League member theatres. This initiative
enriches students’ arts education, broadens their cultural awareness
and helps build the next generation of engaged theatergoers.
KRAVIS CENTER DREAM AWARDS: CELEBRATING HIGH
SCHOOL MUSICAL THEATER EXCELLENCE
May 30, 2027 at 7pm
This program, which is open to all schools in Palm Beach County,
recognizes outstanding student achievement in musical theater
productions and culminates in a showcase in Dreyfoos Hall at the
Kravis Center. Two students who perform in this showcase will be
nominated to participate in The Jimmy Awards® (National High
School Musical Theatre Awards™) in New York City. Schools must
choose from an approved list of productions in order to be considered.

KRAVIS ON BROADWAY STUDENT WORKSHOPS
Cast members from Broadway tours lead a variety of hands-on,
participatory workshops for high school and college students. These
sessions offer invaluable exposure to the performing arts as well as
some of the most notable artists in the industry.
KRAVIS ON BROADWAY YOUTH INITIATIVE
The Kravis Center continues its education and engagement program
in conjunction with five Kravis On Broadway productions. This
initiative is part of an ongoing effort to cultivate diverse audiences
and expand access to the performing arts. Participating students will
engage in a pre-performance workshop led by a local teaching artist,
introducing the show’s themes through interactive activities, followed
by a post-performance Q&A with a cast member to deepen their
understanding and connection to the experience

KRAVIS STUDENT THEATER CRITICS
Nominated high school students represent their school as Kravis
Student Theater Critics for select Kravis On Broadway Series
presentations. The students receive workshop training to prepare
them to write theater reviews and have the opportunity to meet
with and hear from local theater critics. Each student will receive a
complimentary press ticket for the opening night performance of a
designated Kravis On Broadway show and will then submit a review
for publication in their school newspaper.
