TICKETING AND TRANSPORTATION
TICKETING
BUSING
All teacher ticket requests are processed entirely online. The
on-sale process is outlined below:
To ensure availability, please order your bus as soon as your
ticket order has been confirmed.
1.
Log in on the on-sale date
At 11am on the on-sale date, sign in at kravis.org.
2.
Select your performance
Visit the STAR Series page. Select the performance you
wish to attend, then choose your preferred date and
time.
3.
Complete the reservation form
Enter all required information and add the request to
your cart when prompted. Please have your estimated
student and chaperone numbers ready, as seating is
not held until the full form is submitted.
The Kravis Center provides complimentary busing for Palm
Beach County public schools serving grades K-12 thanks to a
generous donation to the Kravis Center’s Endowment Fund by
Herbert and Elaine Gimelstob. Busing arrangements must
be coordinated through your school bookkeeper and finalized
no later than two weeks prior to the performance. Requests
submitted within two weeks of the scheduled field trip cannot
be accommodated.

Proceed to check out and select a payment plan,
if applicable Eligible orders may be placed on a
payment plan, allowing schools to pay at a later date.
A credit card is required to complete the order, but no
charge will be applied if the reservation is fully waived
or placed on a payment plan.
5.
Check your email for confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after
submitting your request. This email will include a link to
view or update your reservation and an invoice showing
any balance due, if applicable. Please whitelist info@
kravis.org so you do not miss important messages.

Updating your reservation
The link provided in your confirmation email allows you
to make updates to your reservation at any time. You
may adjust attendance numbers or request accessibility
accommodations through this link. Approval of headcount
changes is subject to seating availability.
