playful adaptation of Aesop’s classic fable is brought to life on stage
by three talented actors, musicians and a whole lot of energy. This
heartwarming tale explores patience, friendship, and what it means
to grow up.

Jayden is stuck in detention with a book about Congressman John
Lewis, but he thinks that history has nothing to teach him. This musical
journey through the decades shows how the heroes in the Civil Rights
movement inspired young John Lewis to protest injustice and get into
‘good trouble.’ As John meets Rosa Parks and Dr. King and ultimately
becomes a leader and American hero himself, Jayden learns how he
too can take a stand.

plastered pout.

The National Dance Company of the Republic of Guinea, a 35-member
troupe, presents their inimitable blend of traditional dance, music,
and storytelling. Featuring striking demonstrations of spectacle,
acrobatics, comedy and drama, Les Ballets Africains thrills audiences
with the multilayered intensity of traditional polyrhythms, and the
power of African percussion. With traditional dance, authentic Guinean
instruments and costumes, they continue to share their culture as well
as their message of unity across the world.
